Elk Grove Village- N. Kotake Inc. leased a 2,500SF office-warehouse unit; located at 105 A Randall Rd., for their import and distribution of Japanese kitchen equipment. Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. was the sole agent in the transaction.

Arlington Heights- Country Block Management purchased a 3,188SF industrial condo, located at 3339 N. Ridge Heights. Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the property ownership while Kensington Properties Ltd. Represented the Buyer.

Glen Ellyn- K-5 Construction Corporation Inc., an engineering contractor for IDOT ,producer of asphalt and concrete, leased a 639SF office unit, located in the Roosevelt Glen Corporate Center, at 739 Roosevelt Rd. Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. was the sole broker in the transaction.

Batavia- Mark Murphy, principal of an Insurance Agency leased a 1,515SF custom built office in a new building, located at 1928 W. Wilson, relocating form Randall Rd. ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the interests of the Tenant

Bensenville- Kanoko Transportation Inc. leased a 2,200SF office-warehouse unit, located at 834 Eagle Dr. ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the property ownership while REDAC Chicago represented the tenant.

Bloomingdale- Horace Mann Service Corporation leased a1,000SF office, located at 108 Third St. Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the building ownership, while Coldwell Banker NRT represented the tenant.
