Bloomingdale- ASPEN Exteriors, focusing on remodeling of home exteriors, leased a 1,200SF free standing office building, located at 132 W. Lake St. Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. was the sole agent in the transaction.

Mount Prospect- Best Chicago Auto leased a 1,700SF mechanic use space, located at 2028 S. Elmhurst Rd. Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. was the sole broker in the transaction.
