ACRE- American Commercial Real Estate, Inc., Announces Real Estate Transactions

Rolling Meadows – Custom Woodworking LLC leased an industrial 2,320SF office-warehouse unit, located at 3701 Berdnick, Unit D. Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Tenant while Tim O’Leary of O’Leary Realty Group represented the Landlord.  There are two other small units available for leasing at this location.

Lisle – LDS Employment Services, focusing on placing highly skilled employees signed a long term lease relocating from Naperville after more than 20 years.

LDS new office is a 2,825 SF office unit in an office building fully remodeled, located at 4951 Indiana Avenue, Unit 400 in Lisle. Lake St.  Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. was the Tenant agent, while Tony Russo with Suburban Real Estate Services, represented the Landlord in the transaction.

Addison – Molly Maids of Mideast DuPage County opened a new sales office and  leased a 1,380SF office unit, located at 1785 C Courtland Court.  Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Tenant, while Jim Rigney of Morken & Associates represented the property owners in the transaction.

Batavia – Invitations Etc., a division of Almy Enterprises, specializing in custom invitations and events rentals, relocated from Aurora to Down Town Batavia, and   leased a 1,680SF office-retail unit, located at 248 Houston Ave.  Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. was the  sole broker in the transaction.

Batavia – Modern Woodmen-Insurance and Financial Services opened a new office at 24 Batavia Avenue, Suite 200 neighboring The Sofa Solutions retail store, a long time Tenant in the building. The insurance company leased about 1000SF unit at this location, and it was represented by KW Commercial. Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented the building owners.

Elk Grove Village- PRT Inc., a leading distributor for the waste industry, subleased a 10,000SF industrial unit, located at 1280 Mark Street. This location was leased by CORT Business Services to 2011. PRT Inc. renovated the space for the balance of the lease.  Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. was representing PRT Inc, and Kevin Segerson of CBRE represented CORT Business Services as Sublessor.
