			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Bloomingdale – HEARTLAND Blood Centers</strong> will open a new center at 204 S Gary Avenue, adjoining Barnes and Noble store and Lifetime Fitness.</p>
<p>Founded in 1943, the company is a full service supplier of blood and blood products to 35 Illinois and Indiana hospitals and employs 445 staff members. The 2200SF office unit will be the 16<sup>th</sup> collection center in Chicago area, and will supply a blood supplier for the area hospitals. The new location is expected to be open by late spring of this year.</p>
<p><strong>Liana Mirea </strong>of<strong> ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. </strong>was the sole broker involved in the transaction<strong>.<span style="font-weight: normal;"> </span></strong></p>
<p><strong>Glendale Heights – MoonSun Sushi </strong>celebrated their 6<sup>th</sup> year in business and renewed their lease at 324 Army Trail Road. The 2,000SF restaurant offers one of the best and various Sushi and Oriental cuisine menu in the area. <strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Liana Mirea </strong>of<strong> ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. </strong>represented the Moon Sun Sushi Restaurant,  while <strong>Nick Bohlen </strong>of <strong>Avalon Realty</strong> represented the building management.</p>
<p><strong>Batavia –</strong> <strong>A-3 Acquisition Corp </strong>relocated and expanded their engineering consulting firm, and leased a 3000SF executive office suite located at 201 Houston as well as a small storage space at 248 Houston. <strong>Liana Mirea </strong>of<strong> ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. </strong>was the sole broker in the transaction.</p>

<p><strong>Arlington Heights – </strong>CORE Group Inc. leased a 3,168SF office-warehouse unit; located at 1512 Algonquin Rd., for their marketing and design studio.  <strong>Liana Mirea </strong>of<strong> ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. </strong>was representing CORE Group, while the building ownership was represented by <strong>Stephen Schostok </strong>of <strong>Metro Resources Investment and Management.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Bensenville</strong><strong> – </strong>GAIM Engineering celebrated their 20’s year in business and expanded their operation to a new location. The 15,920SF free standing industrial building they lease is located at 789-791 Golf Road.  <strong>Liana Mirea </strong>of<strong> ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. </strong>represented the GAIM Engineering while <strong>Trinity Scurto </strong>of <strong>Brown Commercial Group </strong>represented the building owners.</p>

<p><strong>Bloomingdale – LINKS, </strong>is<strong> </strong>a new Youth Center servicing the members of St.Isidore  Church focusing on educational, and after school programs, signed a long term lease at 78 Stratford Drives.</p>
<p>The new center is a 5,560 SF office-retail unit fully remodeled, and will provide classes and after school activities for kids from 6<sup>th</sup> to 12<sup>th</sup> grades. Opening the new facility required a long approval process from the Village  of Bloomingdale, which was started in April, and the facility had the opening ceremony November 15, 2009. <strong>Liana Mirea </strong>of<strong> ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc.</strong> was the sole broker in this transaction.</p>
<p><strong>Bensenville – Johnson Printing Inc.</strong> relocated their sales office and leased a 1000SF office unit, located at 729 N Route 83, Suite 323.  <strong>Liana Mirea </strong>of<strong> ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. </strong>represented the Tenant<strong>, </strong>while <strong>Brian Silverman</strong> of <strong>Chicagoland Commercial</strong> represented the property owners in the transaction.</p>
<p><strong>Elk Grove Village-</strong> Drive Line Express Inc., a logistic company opened up an executive office suite at at 225 N Arlington Heights Road, Unit 201. Landlord renovated the space for the new Tenant. <strong>Liana Mirea </strong>of<strong> ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. </strong>was representing the Tenant, and <strong>Linda Durec </strong>of <strong>Century 21 TK</strong>, represented the building owners.</p>
<p><strong>Elk Grove  Village</strong><strong> –</strong> KW Trading LLC opened a new computer sales and repair offices at 105A Randall   Road neighboring Cutting Edge Machining, this year for 10 years in the building. The computer distribution and repair company leased about 2500SF unit at this location. <strong>Liana Mirea</strong> of <strong>ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate Inc.</strong> was the sole broker in this transaction.</p>

Lake St.  <strong>Liana Mirea </strong>of<strong> ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc.</strong> was the Tenant agent, while <strong>Tony Russo</strong> with <strong>Suburban Real Estate Services</strong>, represented the Landlord in the transaction.</p>
<p><strong>Addison</strong><strong> – </strong>Molly Maids of Mideast DuPage County opened a new sales office and  leased a 1,380SF office unit, located at 1785 C Courtland Court.  <strong>Liana Mirea </strong>of<strong> ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. </strong>represented the Tenant<strong>, </strong>while Jim Rigney of Morken &amp; Associates represented the property owners in the transaction.</p>
<p><strong>Batavia</strong><strong> –</strong> Invitations Etc., a division of Almy Enterprises, specializing in custom invitations and events rentals, relocated from Aurora to Down Town Batavia, and   leased a 1,680SF office-retail unit, located at 248 Houston Ave.  <strong>Liana Mirea </strong>of<strong> ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. </strong>was the  sole broker in the transaction.</p>

<p><strong>Batavia –</strong> Modern Woodmen-Insurance and Financial Services opened a new office at 24 Batavia Avenue, Suite 200 neighboring The Sofa Solutions retail store, a long time Tenant in the building. The insurance company leased about 1000SF unit at this location, and it was represented by KW Commercial. <strong>Liana Mirea</strong> of <strong>ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate Inc.</strong> represented the building owners.</p>
<p><strong>Elk Grove Village-</strong> PRT Inc., a leading distributor for the waste industry, subleased a 10,000SF industrial unit, located at 1280 Mark Street. This location was leased by CORT Business Services to 2011. PRT Inc. renovated the space for the balance of the lease.  <strong>Liana Mirea </strong>of<strong> ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. </strong>was representing PRT Inc, and Kevin Segerson of CBRE represented CORT Business Services as Sublessor.</p>
