Liana Mirea – President and Founder
“The most rewarding part of my work is watching my clients be successful and grow. As a new business they lease a small unit, then buy their own building, then become owners and eventually landlords. My clients know their best interests are always first priority in my work. Their problems and challenges are mine as well, and I believe in finding the win-win solutions.”
As president of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc., Mirea is responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, as well as for assisting business and building owners in solving their commercial real estate projects.
With a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, and ten years of experience in the plastic industry, in 1997 she decided to take her engineering expertise into the commercial real estate industry. Previously, Mirea was Vice President of Sales with another local real estate company in the Chicago suburbs. She is an active and successful commercial real estate broker, and in 2002 was nominated by Chicago Industrial Properties as a Broker of the Year. Mirea has successfully negotiated over 50 transactions each year for over the past ten years, representing over 20 million square feet of property in sales and leases. She established ACRE to take commercial real estate to a new level, one of high performance and rapid response for all her clients: owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.
As an experienced broker, Mirea firmly believes that developing and maintaining strong client relationships, as well as networking with other businesses and brokers in the community are keys to success. She is a member of AIRE-Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers, National Association of Realtors – Commercial Alliance, The Society of Plastic Engineers, as well as other local Chamber of Commerce Associations: Bloomingdale Area Women in Business, Bloomingdale ONE, Du Page Professional Women’s Network, Women’s Initiative, Women’s Round Table.
